Service Terms
Thanks for choosing Fenech’s Lawns & Gardens for your regular lawn and garden care. To help things run smoothly for both of us, here are our simple terms:
1. Service Schedule
We look after your garden on a regular cycle – usually fortnightly in Spring, Summer & Autumn and monthly in Winter.
If weather or public holidays get in the way, we’ll let you know and reschedule as soon as possible.
2. Access on the Day
Please make sure we can get into your yard on service day (e.g. gates unlocked, pets secure, no vehicles blocking access).
If we can’t get in, the visit may be charged as normal.
3. What’s Included
Your regular service includes the basics we’ve agreed on – like mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and weeding. These tasks will be listed in the quote agreed upon prior to commencing your service.
If you’d like something extra (hedge shaping, garden clean-up, extra waste removal etc.), just ask and we’ll give you a quote first.
4. Payments
Invoices are sent after each service and are due within 7 days from the date of the service.
If an invoice is overdue, we may need to pause your service until payment is made.
6. Weather
If it’s too wet, stormy, or unsafe to work, we’ll reschedule and keep you updated.
7. Safety First
For everyone’s safety, please make sure the yard is clear of hazards (like sharp objects, pet waste, or chemicals).
If it’s unsafe for us to work, we may need to skip the service, and a fee may still apply.
8. Ending Services
You’re free to stop regular services at any time with 1 weeks' notice.
We may also stop services if our terms have not been met.
9. A Note on Responsibility
We do our best to keep your garden looking great, but we’re not responsible for things outside our control (like pests, drought, or existing garden issues).
We are fully insured for any accidental damage or injury caused while we’re working.
10. Agreement
By continuing with regular services, you agree to these simple terms.
